Learning Outcomes and Application | Artists such as ceramicists, glass artists, sculptors, jewellers and others working with hard materials, apply the skills and knowledge in this unit. They must be able to safely manage the use of a variety of specialised finishing materials, and the operation of specialised finishing tools and equipment as part of an independent creative practice. They may also be responsible for the purchase of their materials or the purchase or construction of their tools and equipment.At this level, work is carried out independently with mentoring and guidance available as required. | ||
